Working field:

As part of sev­eral cli­ent-facing pro­ject teams you will sup­port the pro­ject leads and con­sult­ants with the fol­low­ing items:
  • Design­ing sur­veys and ques­tion­naires
  • Syn­thes­iz­ing key mes­sages and con­duct­ing qual­it­at­ive ana­lysis
  • Research­ing dif­fer­ent tools and con­cepts around lead­er­ship, cul­ture change and more
  • Sup­port­ing dur­ing in-per­son and vir­tual work­shops, e.g. by doc­u­ment­ing res­ults and co-facil­it­at­ing
  • Pre­par­ing Power­Point slides or (vir­tual) white­boards for cli­ent ses­sions
  • Sup­port­ing con­sult­ants in their daily work

You will also drive internal endeav­ours which may include:
  • Pre­par­ing and plan­ning internal strategy & cul­ture meet­ings and off­s­ites
  • Sup­port busi­ness devel­op­ment efforts through research and eval­u­ation
  • Enga­ging in and driv­ing internal ini­ti­at­ives depend­ing on your per­sonal pas­sion top­ics (e.g. sus­tain­ab­il­ity; social impact busi­ness)
  • Sup­port­ing or start­ing ini­ti­at­ives across the dif­fer­ent LEAD organ­iz­a­tions, includ­ing LEAD Machine Learn­ing
  • Sup­port­ing and driv­ing com­mu­nic­a­tions activ­it­ies, such as via our social media chan­nels


  • Hands-on per­son­al­ity; you don’t shy away from a good puzzle
  • Cre­at­ive design skills for work­shop con­tent and data visu­al­iz­a­tion
  • You routinely work with Microsoft Power­Point and Excel
  • You are famil­iar with Microsoft Teams, Trello, and vir­tual white­boards (such as Miro or Mural)
  • You have a demon­strated interest in socio-polit­ical top­ics, espe­cially in rela­tion to (e.g.) lead­er­ship, change man­age­ment, entre­pren­eur­ship or occu­pa­tional psy­cho­logy
  • You are cre­at­ive and flex­ible in how you approach chal­lenges and solu­tions
  • Excel­lent Eng­lish skills, very good Ger­man skills in both speak­ing and writ­ing
  • You are cur­rently enrolled in a Bach­elor or Mas­ter pro­gramme
  • You are avail­able to work 10 hours/week from our office in Ber­lin-Kreuzberg
