Who are we looking for?

  • You are patient with people who need your help and you are a good communicator.
  • You get tech (or as your parents or grand parents might say “IT”). Maybe you’re the one in the family that everyone goes to when they don’t know why their phone does something weird or they can’t print or their column in excel is too narrow.
  • You understand new concepts quickly and like to explain them to others in easy language
  • You’d love the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team and join a startup early on.
  • Hopefully you’re as enthusiastic as we are for the potential of health-tech and behavioural science in the support of chronic care patients.
  • You value clear, concise communication. You’re fluent in German. And you’re able to speak and write English to an advanced level as our team is working in English.
  • You are a great listener, and you ask good questions. You aren’t satisfied with answers like, “It’s how we’ve always done it”. You keep asking “Why?” until you really understand.

Key Responsibilities:

User IT Support:

  • Provide first-level support to users of our product, helping to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the second-level support team and work closely with them to ensure quick resolution.
  • Communicate empathetically with users who may not be tech-savvy, ensuring they feel supported and confident in using our service.

Internal IT Assistance:

  • Assist internal teams with IT-related tasks, including updating website content using our Content Management System (CMS).
  • Support data transfers and ensure accuracy in data handling, particularly where automation is not yet in place.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve IT challenges, contributing to the continuous improvement of our internal processes.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Multimedia, Medieninformatik, Digital Media or a related field in Germany.
  • Strong computer and IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
  • Proficiency in German (for user communication) and English (for internal communication with the tech team).
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Ability to empathise with users and communicate technical information in an accessible and friendly manner.
  • Curiosity and willingness to delve into issues to understand the root cause of problems.
