The Department of Technology Transfer and Innovation is looking for a
Project Manager (f/m/d) Innovation & Entrepreneurship Education
Tasks
- Lead and coordinate HZDR’s contributions to the European project EURECA-SPARK
- Design and implement Innovation & Entrepreneurship education and training programs for
researchers and students - Contribute to the further development of the HZDR Innovator School
- Collaborate with international partners, universities, technology transfer organizations, and
innovation ecosystems across Europe - Monitor and evaluate project activities and represent HZDR in European project meetings and
working groups
Requirements
- Completed university studies (Master/Diploma) in STEM, Industrial Engineering, Innovation
Management, or a related field, PhD is an advantage - Relevant professional experience in the specified area
- Experience in innovation management, technology transfer, entrepreneurship, or the development of education and training programs
- Workshop facilitation and project coordination skills
- Experience in national or European collaborative projects
- Strong communication and networking management skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- German is an advantage
