IT Working Student (m/f/d)
Join our Berlin team and help shape the digital backbone of an international design studio. We're looking for a reliable and tech-savvy working student who enjoys solving problems, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the development of our internal IT environment.
Tasks
What You'll Do
- Support the maintenance and development of our IT infrastructure in Berlin and across our international offices
- Set up and manage workstations, devices, user accounts, and access permissions
- Assist colleagues with day-to-day technical questions and IT-related issues
- Help administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other digital tools
- Maintain documentation, backups, hardware inventories, and IT processes
- Contribute to improving workflows, security standards, and technical procedures while coordinating with external IT service providers
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ideally, an interest in architecture, design, or creative industries
- A passion for technology and solving technical challenges
- Basic knowledge of networking, user management, cloud services, and IT security
- Initial experience with Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured, independent way of working
- A service-oriented mindset and enjoyment in helping colleagues with technical issues
- Good communication skills in both German and English
