Hasso Plattner ist Mit(be)gründer von SAP, einem Unternehmen für Firmensoftware, dessen Aufsichtsrat er seit 2003 vorsteht. In 1989 gründete er das Hasso Plattner Institut für Digitaltechnik (HPI) in Potsdam als seinen ersten bedeutenden philanthropischen Beitrag. Nach der Mitunterzeichnung des Giving Pledge (eine Initiative von Bill und Melinda Gates und Warren Buffet), gründete Hasso Plattner im Jahr 2015 die Hasso Plattner Foundation, um die Initiativen im Bereich Wissenschaft und Bildung zu vergrößern und neue Initiativen in anderen strategischen Bereichen zu verfolgen. Das Hauptbüro der Hasso Plattner Stiftung befindet sich in Potsdam. Wir haben darüber hinaus Büros in San Francisco und Kapstadt.
Working Student Communications
Established by SAP co-founder Hasso Plattner, the Hasso Plattner Foundation builds and runs its own long-term philanthropic initiatives, shaping them over decades. The Hasso Plattner Institute, Museum Barberini, and Sabine Plattner African Charities are some of our initiatives in a wide and diverse ecosystem. An in-house Investment Office manages the endowment that makes it all possible.
This role is based in Potsdam, Germany. We work predominantly in-office, by design. It's how we keep decisions fast and collaboration real.
The Role
We are seeking a Working Student to join our Communications team. In this role, you’ll support our team with content creation, design, and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll gather input and create stories, make presentations, and curate our channels. A strong interest and familiarity in using AI tools to enhance communications is essential.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities
*Create and edit high-quality content that shows the Foundation's mission and projects, including design, copywriting, presentations, and reports
*Track and analyze communications KPIs, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations
*Use AI and automation tools to streamline communication workflows
*Assist in maintaining internal and external communications channels
Requirements
What You Bring
*Excellent communication skills in German and English
*Strong interest and ability to apply AI in communications
*Experience with design and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
*Familiarity with CMS for websites, M365, Asana, and AI (Anthropic, OpenAI)

*Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or a related field
*Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently
