At Dance, we believe get­ting where you want to go should be simple and sus­tain­able. So we’re on a mis­sion to make emo­bil­ity easy. Dance mem­bers get their own elec­tric bike or moped, free 24-hour repairs, and theft cov­er­age on a flex­ible monthly sub­scrip­tion. Our ser­vice is cur­rently live in Ber­lin, Ham­burg, Munich, Vienna and Paris.

Working field:

The mar­ket­ing team at Dance is here to trans­late our pur­pose and mis­sion into enga­ging and aes­thetic com­mu­nic­a­tion that con­nects and res­on­ates with people, dif­fer­en­ti­at­ing the Dance Brand. We are motiv­ated by the goal to build and nur­ture a truly rel­ev­ant and sus­tain­able brand glob­ally. We see ourselves as choice archi­tects in the mobil­ity industry, by cre­at­ing and facil­it­at­ing a strong com­munity of mem­bers who are ready to change cit­ies, mem­ber by mem­ber.

As our Work­ing Stu­dent or Intern for the mar­ket­ing team, you will be respons­ible for:
  • Sup­port­ing the brand, social media, PR, CRM, per­form­ance and growth func­tions on all things mar­ket­ing
  • You will sup­port with coordin­a­tion of dif­fer­ent pro­jects
  • You will help with con­tent cre­ation for our social media plat­forms
  • You will keep all mar­ket­ing mater­i­als up to date
  • Sup­port with PR related tasks

You can be based any­where in Ger­many work­ing fully remotely with occa­sional vis­its to Ber­lin. If you are inter­ested in a work­ing stu­dent role, you will work 20 hours per week on a 9 month con­tract. If you are inter­ested in an intern­ship, you will work 40 hours per week for 3-6 months.

Requirements:

ABOUT YOU

To be suc­cess­ful in this role, you:
  • Cur­rent or former stu­dent of mar­ket­ing, com­mu­nic­a­tion, busi­ness man­age­ment or another rel­ev­ant field
  • Pas­sion­ate about busi­nesses, mar­ket­ing, brand mar­ket­ing and social media
  • Flu­ent in writ­ten and spoken Eng­lish and Ger­man
  • Have some work exper­i­ence from a sim­ilar job, ideally in a fast-grow­ing com­pany
