Assistance in research and teaching in the field of discrete mathematics and geometry
as well as in the area of mathematical software. Teaching assistance in courses for mathematical and non-mathematical majors. Supervision of seminars as well as of students and their theses.

• successfully completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in Mathematics or a closely related course of studies
• in-depth knowledge in the field of geometrical combinatorics
• very good command of the German and the English language
• ability to work in a team
• programming experience is an advantage
• Experience in university teaching, e.g. as a student assistant, is an advantage
