• Lead and coordinate HZDR’s contributions to the European project EURECA-SPARK
• Design and implement Innovation & Entrepreneurship education and training programs for
  researchers and students
• Contribute to the further development of the HZDR Innovator School
• Collaborate with international partners, universities, technology transfer organizations, and
  innovation ecosystems across Europe
• Monitor and evaluate project activities and represent HZDR in European project meetings and
  working groups

• Completed university studies (Master/Diploma) in STEM, Industrial Engineering, Innovation
  Management, or a related field, PhD is an advantage
• Relevant professional experience in the specified area
• Experience in innovation management, technology transfer, entrepreneurship, or the development of education and training programs
• Workshop facilitation and project coordination skills
• Experience in national or European collaborative projects
• Strong communication and networking management skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• German is an advantage
