Technical Employee in the Coating Cleanroom

Your responsibility

The position involves the maintenance and oversight of coating and lithography systems in the cleanroom. Responsibilities include conducting and monitoring PECVD and plasma etching processes, managing lithography procedures, and ensuring the functionality of vacuum technology. Additionally, you will support projects in the field of thin-film technology, document and analyze process data, and contribute to the development and optimization of process workflows. Communication in both German and English is also required.

Your profile

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor, FH-Diplom or equivalent) in physics, microsystems technology, electrical engineering, materials science, or a related field
  • Practical (hands-on) experience in at least one of the following areas: coating technologies (e.g., PECVD, ALD), etching technologies (e.g., ICP, RIE), or lithography (e.g., UV or e-beam lithography)
  • Solid knowledge of vacuum technology (e.g., pumping systems, pressure measurement, leak detection)
  • Very good German and good English skills, with a willingness to acquire any missing language skills
  • Knowledge of electronics or optics is an advantage
  • Experience in operating, maintaining, or optimizing technical equipment is an advantage
  • Experience in documenting and analyzing technical processes an advantage
  • Experience in cleanroom environments or similar technical settings an advantage
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development is preferred
  • Structured and reliable working style as well as strong teamwork and communication skills is an advantage
