Optical Retail

At YUN, we believe eyewear is more than an accessory. It is part of everyday life.

Every day, our eyes are exposed to sunlight, screens, indoor lighting, and the city around us. We believe eyewear should make life easier and not more complicated. This idea shapes everything we do, from the frames and lenses we design to the experience we create in our stores.

We design our frames and lenses together in-house, always thinking about how they perform in real life: how light passes through the lens, where eye strain can build, and what makes a pair of glasses comfortable enough to wear all day.

We also believe good eyewear should be simple and accessible. That is why our stores can produce prescription glasses in around 20 minutes, using our own automatic edging technology. Customers can even watch their glasses being made while they wait.

But YUN is not only about the products. It is about the people behind them.

At our store in the heart of Berlin-Mitte, you will work alongside a young and international team with different cultural backgrounds and perspectives.

Our store concept is clearly structured, and many of our daily processes are systemized. This gives us more time to focus on what matters most: professional advice, optical expertise, and making sure our customers leave happy.

Of course, sales are an important part of working at YUN. However, we focus less on individual sales pressure and more on honest advice and finding the right solution for each customer.

We are looking for people who are curious, open-minded, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with others. People who care about what they do, want to learn, and are excited to create a better experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

If you want to be part of an international team that brings together eyewear, design, technology, and people, we would love to meet you.
